Having spent over 19 years working in SME & Global Corporate businesses, gaining experience in Legal, Human Resources, Recruitment and, over the last number of years in Business Coaching, I decided the time had come for me to put myself into the shoes of many of my clients and start my own business. It was always my goal to establish and lead a business with the growth and success of clients at the heart of what we do. My sectoral experience is broad. I have worked with, and continue to work with, a wide variety of clients from many different sectors. I realise people value the personal touch and empathy that I bring and an understanding of what they go through, day-in-day-out, of trying to run and build a successful business.
